Application Eligibility and Process

This application should only be completed by those who have started their PhD program in summer 2025 or fall 2025 or have applied or been admitted to a doctoral program at S&T for spring 2026, summer 2026, or fall 2026.

Students who submit their Ph.D. application, including all required materials, and the Kummer I&E Fellowship application, by the application deadline will then be reviewed by the Kummer I&E Doctoral Fellows Program Selection Committee for final review and awarding of the fellowship.
