Overview

Billing statement notices are sent via email each month (see the billing schedule) to enrolled students and can be viewed anytime electronically for students and users they have authorized in TouchNet.

How to View Billing Statements

Login to TouchNet

Use your S&T account login or if you are an authorized user, use your provided credentials.

Login to TouchNet

Click the View Statements Button

From the TouchNet homepage you can choose to view the On Demand Statement at any time (includes real time charges and credits).  Additionally, for those that have not yet signed up for a payment plan, you may also see a static monthly bill listed. (Only the On Demand Statement is available once you have signed up for a payment plan.)

How to See the Total Amount Due

Both the On Demand Statement and the static bill will include a total amount due for the semester at the top right of the statement.  You must either pay this amount in full or enter into a payment plan.

Details of items on the billing statement will be listed in the statement detail section, as well as any payments, credits, or refunds that have processed.

Missing Financial Aid?

If you are expecting to see anticipated student financial aid on your first billing statement of a semester and do not, please contact student financial services to verify all information has been completed.
